About Us

We are a bit of a crazy family.  We have been travelling all over North America in our 5th wheel for the last 5 years.  As of today—summer 2010—that is about to end.  We have purchased a home in the Lower Mainland of Vancouver and we’re settling into a life we enjoyed half the year.  We are happy to be back with our friends, family, and co-workers. 

The greatest accomplishment during this travelling time—other than the fabulous places we explored—was putting together A Celiac is Coming.  It entailed months of taste-testing and photo taking.  We made all of these recipes while travelling and all of the photos are with our own Canon—not in a studio.  What this tells you is anyone can make them—the photos in the book are exactly what it will look like when you make it.

We sell this cookbook on this site, as well as a few small specialty stores that have purchased a supply for re-sale.  We also attend the Canadian Celiac Association Conferences each year.  This year, you will find us manning the Pamela’s Products booth—see ya there!
